Property Maintenance
Our staff is available to respond to your questions and concerns weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  We are also available after normal business hours to take care of maintenance emergencies.  When you call our office after the switchboard has closed, you need only leave a voice mail message; our state-of-the-art system will automatically page someone who can respond to you immediately.
If you would like to submit your request electronically, please use our online form.  If you send your request after normal business hours, we will respond the next business day.  Of course, if you have a maintenance emergency, we recommend you call our office.

Property Maintenance
We utilize both on-staff maintenance and third-party contractors and suppliers to ensure timely response to tenant concerns.  Because we have built our business here in Southern Dallas County, we have an extensive list of local professionals who can often get the job done before our competitors can even get someone dispatched to this area from their offices in far north Dallas.
Accounting
We invested significant resources to set up a computer network with integrated property management and accounting software tools.  We provide our clients with monthly reports, including Income Statement, Rent Roll, Aged Delinquency, and Bank Statement Reconciliation.  Our technology allows us to customize our reports to meet your specific requirements.  In addition, upon client request, we can provide contact management reports detailing all activities undertaken by our staff in relation to a specific property.
